was established in 2010 with a capital of EGP 1.065 billion. It is one of the investment arms of the Ministry of the Business Sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, licensed to work in the field of investment and real estate development, and in the field of management and operation of touristic compounds and hotels, as well as the preparation of projects’ economic studies, the development of industrial buildings, and land reclamation. Based on the Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones’ decision of No. 425 dated 28 ⁄ 3 ⁄ 2017 in the investment newspaper under No. 11675⁄2010, Alexandria Company for Investment and Urban Development was established on 7 ⁄ 4 ⁄ 2010. Its Board of Directors consists of a group of engineers, financial and legalists at a high level of efficiency and experience headed by Engineer / Ayman Abu Bakr Mohammed, Chairman and Managing Director of Alexandria company for Investments and Urban Development. It is co-founded by El Nasr Housing and Development – Maadi Company for Development and Reconstruction – Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries – Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels – El Maamora for Construction and Touristic Development
